About Mellonhead
Our mission is to provide practical, people-focused AI education and proven, technically-fluent advisory that builds confidence, equips internal champions, and elevates teams.

Mellonhead evolved from over 20 years of working in the trenches—building systems, training teams, and navigating real-world tech rollouts. We’ve seen firsthand that it’s not flashy AI tools that transform a business—it’s the people who know how to use them.

That’s why we created a company focused on exactly that: helping organizations invest not just in AI, but in their people’s ability to use it wisely. We don’t just drop in a solution and walk away. We work alongside you to make sure your team can apply these tools with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Whether through hands-on training, tailored advisory, or champion development, our goal is to turn internal curiosity into a mindset shift—so your team doesn’t just keep up with change, they lead it.

About Our Founder and CEO
As a teenager, I loved learning as much as I enjoyed sharing knowledge. Friends wanting to copy my homework quickly learned they would get a free tutor instead.

After studying Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon, I spent over 15 years in technical, sales, and product roles. Along the way, I trained and up-skilled my team members. I worked in fast-paced fields - Data and AI, so as a manager and leader I created training programs for new hires, mentored team members and several women in tech, and created engineering apprenticeship programs.
My work is driven by technology and people. I enjoy staying on the forefront of Data/AI and upskilling people, so true to Carnegie Mellon's motto "my heart is in the work," I focused my career around Technical Consulting roles where guiding clients to use technology was at the core of my team’s responsibility. Eventually, I began to focus on public speaking, community development, and partnering with like-minded companies. This led me to start Mellonhead in 2024.

When I'm not geeking out about advancements in data and AI, I enjoy hiking in the Pacific Northwest, building and making with my hands, and going on adventures of all kinds.
